For minor adjustments, a minimal charge of ₹300 applies, covering small tweaks like tightening or loosening the fit, adjusting the hemline, or refining the waist for a better silhouette. For full custom sizing, a ₹500 charge allows us to tailor the piece precisely to your measurements for a flawless fit.
While we perfect the fit, the original design remains unchanged. To request an adjustment or custom order, simply DM or email us with your exact measurements before checkout.
Please note that since custom and adjusted pieces are made exclusively for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders may take up to 15 days to be processed and shipped.
SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Solvayaa, each piece is crafted in limited quantities, making every item truly exclusive. As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed only for sizing issues or defective items.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Photos of the defect may be required for verification before processing the exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
Delivery Policy:
Standard delivery time is 8–15 business days.
For customized orders, please allow up to 15-20 business days as each piece is made with precision and care.
